I'm a First Time Patient - Do I get 15% OFF?
Yes!
All first time patients receive a 15% discount on their first scheduled delivery after registering an account with our website. 15% discount is applied at our delivery checkout.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver in many parts of DC. B&R delivers to NW, NE, SW, SE. Keep in mind we can only legally deliver to a residency, but we are here to keep you with any questions.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We understand that our customers our ordering Cannabis delivered to their door because of the convenience factor, we also know that each customer appreciates getting a quick and accurate eta. At B&R we take pride in knowing we try our absolute best to make sure deliveries are completed within a 30-90 minute window.
Here at B&R we strive to provide the best service to our customers, and a big part of that is ETA. We have drivers station in major cities throughout Washington, D.C.; which can provide an ETA as fast as 25 mins ! There are cases where what you order the driver doesn't have, which will be a custom order. The driver comes back to our home location and than head back out to you. We are gaining more and more drivers, as we are growing which will allow more drivers in the area and FASTER delivery times for even custom orders.
How much does delivery cost?
A delivery $20 delivery fee is added to all orders coming from the website Bestbudsus.com. If you are placing an order on our website, over the phone, or via text there is also a $20 fee for delivery.
Are your products lab tested?
Here at B&R all our products we sell are lab tested and have all the right certifications to be sold to our patients, to ensure a clean and happy high. Each product comes with a sticker on the item indicating all the necessary information our patients need.
How are packages delivered to me?
The process of getting your items delivered is as simple as getting pizza delivered. You will either call, text in, use our website, or Best Buds to place your order. One of our dispatchers will send out your order to the nearest driver to you. A text link will be sent to you, where you can track your driver, with also text updates how far out they are. The driver will then call you saying they have arrived and ask if you'll like to them to come to your door or for you to meet them outside.

What is your Return Policy?
We accept returns and exchanges; products have to have a malfunction, the wrong product was delivered to you, or the item arrived was damage upon arrival. All returns or exchanges must be in the original packaging to be honored. For full cash or credit refund the return must be completed within 24 hours of original purchase. For refund with store credit it must be within 72 hours of purchase.
Can I purchase faster delivery?
At the moment all of our estimated delivery times are the same, which is 30-90 mins. Faster delivery time is dependent on how close a driver is to you, at the moment you placed your order
How many discounts can I use?
If you are first time patient with us you will be getting 15% off your entire order. Returning patients get the choice of one of our daily deals or specials we have going on at that time. Only one discount can be applied per order.
Why do I need to provide my drivers license?
By Washington, D.C. law we have to ask for a copy of a valid government issued ID. You must be over the age of 21 to purchase cannabis or over the ages of 18 with a medical card. We have to confirm that the information on ID is complaint with Washington, D.C. law.

How are Taxes applied to my order?
Out the door pricing, what you see is what you pay. All taxes are included in the price. Taxes include city tax, Washington, D.C. tax, & excise tax.
